This program provides grants to colleges and universities to fund individual doctoral students to conduct research in other counties.
Applications for this program must be submitted electronically using the G5 system, accessible through the Department’s G5 site at: www.G5.gov.
While completing your electronic application, both the IHE and the student applicant will be entering data online that will be saved into a database. The process for submitting applications electronically under the Fulbright-Hays DDRA Fellowship Program has several parts. Be sure to refer to the Federal Register Notice for specific guidance. We strongly recommend that both the IHE and the student applicant not wait until the application deadline date to begin the application process.
